Shipping policy

Noir Aroma currently ships orders within the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and order details.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Noir Aroma’s control.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at beatriz@noiraroma.net. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
